Abstract
Dispositivo de electrotransporte (10) para la administración de un agente terapéutico a través de una superficie corporal, que comprende: un conjunto de contraelectrodo; por lo menos un conjunto de electrodo donador que comprende un electrodo (12), un depósito donador (16) que contiene el agente terapéutico y un conjunto de membrana (60) dispuesto entre el depósito donador (16) y la superficie corporal (100); caracterizado porque el dispositivo comprende además una fuente de energía eléctrica (24); un controlador para regular la distribución de energía procedente de dicha fuente de energía eléctrica (24) a dicho conjunto de contraelectrodo y dicho por lo menos un conjunto de electrodo donador; en el que dicho conjunto de membrana (60) comprende: una primera membrana (64) que presenta un primer tamaño medio de poros, una primera porosidad, una primera distribución de tamaños de poros y una primera distribución espacial de poros, estando adherida dicha primera membrana a una segunda membrana (62) que presenta un segundo tamaño medio de poros, una segunda porosidad, una segunda distribución de tamaños de poros y una segunda distribución espacial de poros, en el que dicha primera porosidad es inferior a la segunda porosidad, y en el que el primer tamaño medio de poros, la primera distribución de tamaños de poros, y la primera distribución espacial de poros son sustancialmente iguales al segundo tamaño medio de poros, la segunda distribución de tamaños de poros y la segunda distribución de poros.
