Abstract
Masa de moldeo termoplásticas, conteniendo, referido a la totalidad del peso de los componentes A, C y, en caso dado, B, D hasta G, que asciende a un total de un 100 %, a:de un 1 hasta un 99 % en peso de al menos un poliéster con una viscosidad relativa de 1,2 hasta 1,8, determinada como solución al 0,5 % en peso en una mezcla de fenol/o-diclorobenceno (1 : 1) a 25ºC, como componente A, b:de un 0 hasta un 98 % en peso de al menos un policarbonato con una viscosidad relativa de 1,10 hasta 1,50, determinada como solución al 0,5 % en peso en una mezcla de fenol/o-diclorobenceno (1 : 1) a 25ºC, como componente B, c:de un 1 hasta un 80 % en peso de un copolímero de injerto C, formado por los componentes C1, C2 y C3, cuya totalidad de mezcla asciende a un 100 % en peso. c1: de un 1 hasta un 95 % en peso de una base de injerto, de un material con una temperatura de transición vítrea de la menos 25ºC y un tamaño medio de partículas de al menos 50 nm y un contenido de gel de al menos un 90 %, estando definido el contenido de gel como proporción de la masa soluble (tolueno) en la totalidad de la masa, como componente C1, formado de los componentes C11 hasta C14, cuya totalidad del peso asciende hasta un 100 %, c11: de un 50 hasta un 99,9 % en peso de al menos un monómero vinilaromático como componente C11, c12: de un 0 hasta un 49,9 % en peso de al menos un monómero copolimerizable con los monómeros C11 como componente C12, c13: de un 0,1 hasta un 25 % en peso de un componente reticulante C13 formado por ) un 0,1 hasta un 100 % en peso de acrilato de dihidrodiciclopentadienilo, y ) un 0 hasta un 99,9 % en peso de al menos un otro reticulante, escogido entre monómeros etilénicamente insaturados, que llevan grupos epóxi, hidróxi, carboxilo, amino o anhídrido de ácido, metacrilato de (met)alilo y (met)acriloilalcoxisilanos de la formula general (III) H2C = CR2-C(O)O-(CH2)p-SiR1O(3-n)2 (III) en la cual significan R1 alquilo con 1 a 3 átomos de carbono o fenilo, R2 hidrógeno o metilo y n unnúmero entero de 0 a 2 y p un número entero de 1 a 6, con dos o más grupos funcionales de diferente reactividad, y c14: de un 0 hasta un 25 % en peso de al menos un reticulante C14 con dos o más grupos funcionales de la misma reactividad, c2: de un 4,9 hasta un 98,9 % en peso de una capa de injerto de un material con una temperatura de transición vítrea con un máximo de 0ºC como componente C2, formado por los componentes C21 a C23, cuya totalidad del peso asciende a un 100 % en peso, c21: de un 50 hasta un 100 % en peso de al menos un (met)acrilato de alquilo con 1 a 8 átomos de carbono como componente C21, c22: de un 0 hasta un 50 % en peso de al menos un monómero copolimerizable con los monómeros C21 como componente C22 y c23: de un 0 hasta un 20 % en peso de al menos un reticulante C13 y/o o de su mezcla, y c3: de un 0,1 hasta un 90 % en peso al menos una otra capa de injerto, formada por estireno y acrilonitrilo, como componente C3, d:de un 0 hasta un 80 % en peso de al menos un copolímero de estireno exento de halógeno con un índice de viscosidad de 40 hasta 160 como componente D, e:de un 0 hasta un 30 % en peso de al menos un caucho como componente E, f:de un 0 hasta un 60 % en peso de al menos una carga fibrosa o en forma de partículas como componente F, y g:de un 0 hasta un 20 % en peso de otros aditivos como componente G.
