Abstract

La invención es un ensayo de bioafinidad a base de transferencia de energía luminiscente que comprende un primer grupo marcado con un compuesto de donación de energía (donante) y un segundo grupo de aceptación de energía (receptor) , donde el donante es un quelato de lantánido luminiscente que tiene una larga duración de vida en estado excitado y el receptor es o un compuesto luminiscente que tiene una corta duración de vida en estado excitado o un compuesto no luminiscente. Se mide el incremento o la reducción, respectivamente de la transferencia de energía del donante a receptor, resultante del acortamiento o del alargamiento respectivamente, de la distancia entre dichos grupos.
