Abstract

La invención se refiere a peces transgénicos así como a un procedimiento de producción de estos peces transgénicos, los cuales expresan transgenos en modelos previsibles con especificidad de tejido o de desarrollo. Los peces transgénicos contienen construcción de transgenos que presentan secuencias de expresión homólogas. La invención se refiere también a procedimientos de utilización de estos peces transgénicos. Dicha expresión de transgenos permite el estudio de procesos de desarrollo, la relación de líneas celulares, la evaluación del efecto de genes y compuestos específicos en el desarrollo o el mantenimiento de tejidos o de líneas celulares así como la mantenimiento de líneas de peces que llevan genes mutantes.
