Elemento de anclaje en el hueso (9) comprendiendo: A) una parte longitudinal de anclaje (1) en forma de cilindro circular presentando un eje longitudinal (2), un extremo superior (3) y un extremo inferior (4); así como B) un elemento de unión (5) instalado en el extremo superior (3) para el acoplamiento a unas placas internas o a unos soportes longitudinales; C) estando dispuesto un fileteado exterior (7) sobre la superficie de la envoltura (6) de la parte de anclaje (1); D) presentando la parte de anclaje (1) en la dirección del eje longitudinal (2) una altura H y un taladrado (10) que es concéntrico con respecto del eje longitudinal (2) y que presenta a partir del extremo inferior (4) una profundidad T < H; y E) la parte de anclaje (1) está configurada de forma a ser autocortante en el extremo inferior (4); caracterizado porque F) la superficie de la carcasa (6) presenta partiendo del extremo inferior (4) una superficie lisa sobre una longitud parcial L < H,y G) la longitud parcial L está comprendida entre el 50% y el 85% de la altura H.
