Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de amoniaco a partir de un agua residual que contiene NH3, al menos uno de los gases ácidos CO2 y/o H2S, así como gases inertes, la cual pasa primero a través de una columna (2) de depuración previa y después se entrega, al menos parcialmente, a una columna (10) de separación total, donde un producto de cabeza de la columna de separación total, que contiene NH3 y gas ácido, se alimenta a un condensador (20), en el cual el producto de cabeza se rocía con el condensado refrigerado y en circulación, y donde un condensado acuoso proveniente del condensador con contenido de NH3 se alimenta a una columna (30) de separación de NH3, cuyo producto de cabeza se pone en contacto directo en una columna (25) de lavado con el condensado acuoso en circulación que contiene NH3, obteniéndose NH3 del producto de cabeza de la columna de lavado y reconduciéndose una parte del producto de fondo de la columna de lavado a la columna de separación de NH3, caracterizado porque la columna (2) de depuración previa está dotada con una calefacción de la zona del fondo y la temperatura en la zona del fondo se encuentra entre 130 y 200C, porque se entrega una corriente parcial del agua residual a la zona superior de la columna de depuración previa y se conduce una segunda corriente parcial del agua residual por debajo de la primera corriente parcial a la columna de depuración previa, porque se condensa en el condensador al menos el 80 % del NH3 contenido en el producto de cabeza de la columna (10) de separación total, y porque se extrae de la columna de separación total una corriente de agua residual, se enfría al menos una parte de la corriente de agua residual a temperaturas entre 10 y 60C, y se conduce la corriente de agua residual refrigerada a la zona de la cabeza de la columna de depuración previa.
