SE UTILIZA UN SUERO CON UN GRADO DE HIDROLISIS ENZIMATICA DEL 15-20 % Y UN NIVEL DE DETECCION INMUNOLOGICA DE LAS PROTEINAS ALERGENICAS POR LO MENOS 100 VECES INFERIOR AL DE UN SUERO NO HIDROLIZADO PARA FABRICAR UNA COMPOSICION DESTINADA A INDUCIR LA TOLERANCIA ORAL EN MAMIFEROS POTENCIALMENTE ALERGICOS A LA LECHE DE VACA, EN ESPECIAL EN AQUELLOS QUE TODAVIA NO HUBIERAN ESTADO EN CONTACTO CON LOS ALERGENOS DE LA LECHE DE VACA. EL SUERO HIDROLIZADO ES CAPAZ ASIMISMO DE DETERMINAR UN NIVEL DE LIBERACION DE SEROTONINA SUP,3}H POR LOS MASTOCITOS, SENSIBILIZADOS PREVIAMENTE PASIVAMENTE CON UN ANTISUERO ANTIPROTEINAS DE LECHE DE VACA, POR LO MENOS 200 VECES INFERIOR AL OBTENIDO POR LOS MISMOS MASTOCITOS CON UN SUERO NO HIDROLIZADO.
