Abstract
Proceso para la producción de catalizadores para la síntesis de anhídrido maleico por oxidación de hidrocarburos C4 saturados y/o insaturados, a base de fosfatos de vanadilo, por reacción de un compuesto de vanadio(V) con una mezcla de ácido fosforoso y ácido fosfórico con una relación molar H3PO3/H3PO4 de 1 : 1 a 1 : 2,5 en una mezcla de disolventes que contiene isobutanol, caracterizado porque en la mezcla de disolventes se emplea un formador de estructura del grupo que contiene alcoholes monoy polifuncionales, aminas monoy polifuncionales, fosfatos, fosfitos y fosfonatos orgánicos, un agente de arrastre del grupo que contiene compuestos alquilaromáticos y cicloalcanos, en el cual la relación molar entre vanadio y formador de estructura se encuentra en un intervalo comprendido entre 10 : 1 y 100 : 1, y el agua formada en la reacción se elimina continuamente del circuito a la temperatura de ebullición con el agente de arrastre, en el cual el contenido de agua residual del re ujo y el contenido de agua residual en la mezcla de reacción resultante de ello es inferior a 0,5 % en volumen y el precursor así obtenidose somete a continuación a una calcinación, en la cual se emplea un programa de temperatura constituido por tres rampas, estando conguradas las rampas como sigue: rampa 1: temperatura inicial a 50 C, tasa de calentamiento 5 a 20 C/min, temperatura nal 100 a 250 C, tiempo de mantenimiento 0 a 3 h, rampa 2: temperatura inicial a la temperatura nal de la rampa 1, tasa de calentamiento 1 a 10 C/min, temperatura nal 150 a 300 C,tiempodemantenimiento 0 a3 h, rampa 3: temperatura inicial a la temperatura nal de la rampa 2, tasa de calentamiento 0,1 a 3 C/min, temperatura nal: 380 a 460 C, tiempo de mantenimiento 2 a 8 h y empleándose durante estas rampas de temperatura mezclas gaseosas de aire, gas inerte y vapor de agua en una relación volumétrica de mezcla que va desde 0,1 a 0,5 : 0,1 a 0,5 : 0,0 a 0,8.
