Abstract
Bisturí para radiocirugía que comprende una pieza manual de corte (41) y una placa (42) alimentado mediante un circuito electrónico que comprende: un circuito de rectificación (20) alimentado por el voltaje de la red eléctrica que proporciona voltaje pulsativo rectificado (201) a un circuito de radiofrecuencia (30); un circuito de radiofrecuencia (30) adecuado para producir una señal de corriente de salida (301) con una frecuencia constante que alimenta el bisturí para radiocirugía mediante un transformador de radiofrecuencia (40), teniendo el citado circuito de radiofrecuencia (30) un MOSFET (305) controlado por un circuito piloto (306) que comprende un oscilador operado mediante cuarzo, estando conectado el citado circuito piloto a un circuito de control de corriente de microprocesador (310) que toma una señal desde un sensor de corriente (308) que se encuentra más adelante en el sentido de avance respecto al citado MOSFET (305) y adecuado para mantener la corriente (301) del citado circuito de radiofrecuencia limitado a un valor compatible con la energía que puede disipar el citado MOSFET independientemente de cualquier variación en la impedancia de la carga del circuito, comprendiendo la citada impedancia de la carga del circuito la capacidad parásita del MOSFET, la inductancia del transformador de radiofrecuencia y la impedancia de la parte del cuerpo del paciente colocada entre el bisturí para radiocirugía y la placa de dosificación del circuito; caracterizado porque el citado circuito piloto (306) alimenta el citado MOSFET con una frecuencia de sustancialmente 4 MHz, siendo la citada frecuencia igual a la frecuencia de la corriente (401) presente en la citada pieza manual (41).
