Abstract

Un envase compacto y generalmente plano, para calentar y servir, de producto cárnico, que comprende una bandeja no reutilizable, calentable al horno, formada con dos pares opuestos de lados plegables comunicados entre sí hecha en un material en hoja capaz de retenerla manteca fundida y el líquido graso, un depósito de un producto cárnico que produce el líquido mantecoso o graso al ser calentado, colocado generalmente en forma plana sobre el fondo de dicha bandeja, con un par de sus lados opuestos doblados hacia dentro y hacia abajo sobre los márgenes adyacentes de dicho depósito y con el otro par de sus lados opuestos proyectados hacia fuera y desplegados de los márgenes adyacentes de dicho depósito, plegándose o doblándose dicha bandeja y su contenido sobre sí mismos de modo que dicho par de lados proyectados hacia fuera y desplegados que den superpuestos entre sí, y una envoltura de película no reutilizable que posee propiedades aislantes respecto al aire, la humedad y la grasa, que envuelve ajustada ductilmente sobre ello la citada bandeja y su contenido, de modo que la mantiene en un estado compacto y generalmente plano con dicho par de lados desplegados y extendidos hacia fuera en coincidencia entre sí, siendo tales lados plegables erigibles al quitarse la citada película y desdoblarse dicha bandeja para formar una pared lateral levantada y continua en torno a dicho fondo de bandeja.
