Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de fluidos lubrificantes de corte. El procedimiento parte de A) una fase de aceite; B) una fase acuosa; C) un bactericida fungicida; y D) componentes de extrema presión, procediendo in situ a la mezcla sucesiva de dichos componentes con agua, en el propio lugar de la utilización, en proporciones variables de los componentes en correspondencia con el tipo de mecanización y metal a mecanizar. Los componentes básicos están divididos en subgrupos de composición para su asignación a diferentes condiciones de mecanización. Permite llevar a cabo la mezcla de los componentes en el propio depósito de lubrificante de la máquina de mecanización.
