Abstract

Bomba de engranajes externos, con limitación del caudal, que comprende: a) una carcasa (1, 2) b) al menos un par de ruedas dentadas, accionadas por rotación con dos ruedas dentadas cilíndricas (6, 11) que se hallan engranadas y que forman con las superficies de cubierta de la carcasa (1, 2), y las superficies de junta axiales (9, 10, 16 y 17) una cámara de transporte que presenta un lado de baja presión unido con la admisión de la bomba (3), y un lado de alta presión, unido con la salida de la bomba (4), y c) un émbolo (13, 14, 16), que sirve como soporte de giro para una rueda dentada cilíndrica (11) del par de ruedas dentadas, y que para limitar el caudal de la bomba se desplaza junto con esta rueda dentada cilíndrica, presurizada por el fluido del lado de alta presión, contra la fuerza de un elemento recuperador (20) con respecto a la otra rueda dentada cilíndrica (6) del par de ruedas dentadas, d) dos cavidades (22, 23) configuradas al menos en una superficie de junta axial (9), lindando con un nervio de junta (21) de la superficie de junta (9), de las cuales una primera cavidad (22) une la salida de la bomba (4), y otra segunda cavidad (23) la admisión de la bomba (3), con una zona de engrane de dentado más profundo de las ruedas dentadas cilíndricas (6, 11), caracterizada porque e) dos cavidades (22; 23) como mínimo, presentan diferentes profundidades (T1, T2) con respecto a la superficie de junta axial (9), siendo la profundidad (T2) de la segunda cavidad (23) menor que la profundidad (T1) de la primera cavidad (22).
