Abstract

Máquina exprimidora automática de cítricos, perfeccionada. Los perfeccionamientos de la máquina exprimidora automática de cítricos consisten en: un desplazamiento de la copa (3) de presión mediante husillo (5) motriz y columna (6) de guiado; siendo la copa (3) amovible y separable de su pieza (7) portadora mediante levantamiento de un resbalón (12) de enclavamiento con utilización de un gatillo (13); dispone de cinco cuchillas (2) equiespaciadas angularmente; un conjunto de soporte (1) exprimidor-filtro (16) puede descender contra la acción de un resorte (14), axial, manteniendo la conexión dinámica con el eje motriz mediante un engranaje (18) deslizable a lo largo de un piñón (19) intermedio; el colector (17) de zumo se vacía sobre una cubeta (20) que abre/cierra un tapón (21) basculante con su introducción/extracción; las cuchillas (2) están vinculadas al eje (15) fijo con patas (23) elásticas con regruesamientos (24) internos que encajan en una garganta (25) periférica de dicho eje; y elperfil de la copa (3) presenta curvatura inferior ampliada para evitar que se estreche su separación del soporte (1) exprimidor.
