CONSISTE EN DEPOSITAR EN EL SUSTRATO UNA RESINA QUE CONTIENE UN POLIOL Y UN DIISOCIANATO, EFECTUANDO A CONTINUACION UN PRENSADO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE CARACTERIZA POR EL HECHO DE QUE UTILIZA UN CATALIZADOR ELEGIDO DENTRO DEL GRUPO DE LAS AMINAS TERCIARIAS, QUE ES SUSCEPTIBLE DE CATALIZAR SIMULTANEAMENTE LA REACCION DEL POLIOL CON EL DIISOCIANATO PARA FORMAR EL PU Y LA REACCION DE LA HUMEDAD SUPERFICIAL CON EL DIISOCIANATO PARA TRANSFORMAR LAS MOLECULAS DE AGUA EN POLIUREA.
