PROCESO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ETILBENCENO MEDIANTE UNA ALQUILACION EN UN CATALIZADOR DE ALQUILACION DE SILICALITA CON LA SUBSIGUIENTE TRANSALQUILACION DE DIETILBENCENO CON EL CATALIZADOR DE ALQUILACION Y BAJO CONDICIONES SELECCIONADAS PARA RETARDAR LA PRODUCCION DE XILENO Y QUE TAMBIEN AUMENTA LA PRODUCCION. SE APLICA UN MATERIAL DE ALIMENTACION QUE CONTIENE BENCENO Y ETILENO A UNA ZONA DE REACCION DE ALQUILACION DE MULTIPLES ETAPAS QUE TIENE UNA PLURALIDAD DE LECHOS CATALIZADORES CONECTADOS EN SERIE QUE CONTIENEN UN CATALIZADOR DE ALQUILACION DE TAMIZ MOLECULAR DE PENTASIL QUE ES SILICALITA E UNA SIMETRIA PREDOMINANTEMENTE MONOCLINICA QUE TIENE UNA RELACION DE SILICE/ALUMINA DE AL MENOS 275. EL MATERIAL DE ALIMENTACION SE SUMINISTRA A LA ZONA DE REACCION DE ALQUILACION PARA PROVOCAR UNA ETILACION EN FASE DE GAS DEL BENCENO A UN CAUDAL QUE PROPORCIONE UNA VELOCIDAD ESPACIAL DEL BENCENO SOBRE EL CATALIZADOR PARA PRODUCIR UNA CONCENTRACION DE XILENO EN EL PRODUCTO DE 600 PPM APROXIMADAMENTE OMENOS EN BASE AL CONTENIDO DE ETILBENCENO. SE PUEDE AUMENTAR PERIODICAMENTE LA VELOCIDAD ESPACIAL A UN VALOR MAYOR QUE LA VELOCIDAD ESPACIAL ASOCIADA A UNA CONCENTRACION MINIMA DE DIETILBENCENO EN EL PRODUCTO DE ALQUILACION DE MODO QUE SE AUMENTA LA PRODUCCION DE DIETILBENCENO AL TIEMPO QUE SE MINIMIZA CUALQUIER REACCION DE TRANSALQUILACION CONCOMITANTE DENTRO DE LA ZONA DE REACCION DE ALQUILACION. COMO RESULTADO EL CONTENIDO DE XILENO EN EL PRODUCTO ES RELATIVAMENTE BAJO, ESPECIFICAMENTE DE NO MAS DE 600 PPM EN BASE AL ETILBENCENO DEL PRODUCTO. LA SALIDA DEL REACTOR DE ALQUILACION SE APLICA A UNA ZONA DE RECUPERACION INTERMEDIA PARA LA SEPARACION Y RECUPERACION DE ETILBENCENO CON LA RECUPERACION DE UN COMPONENTE AROMATICO POLIALQUILADO QUE SE SUMINISTRA JUNTO CON EL BENCENO A UNA ZONA DE REACCION DE TRANSALQUILACION DONDE LA FRACCION AROMATICA POLIALQUILADA ES SOMETIDA A UNA DESPROPORCION MOLECULAR PARA OBTENER UN CONTENIDO REDUCIDO DE DIETILBENCENO Y UN MAYOR CONTENIDO DE ETILBENCENO. UNCATALIZADOR DE ALQUILACION DE SILICALITA MONOCLINICA ESPECIFICO TIENE UNA RELACION DE SILICE/ALUMINA DE AL MENOS 300 Y TIENE UN TAMAÑO DE LOS CRISTALES INFERIOR A UNA MICRA.
