SE PROPONE UN PROCESO PARA DESTRUIR ACIDO FORMICO Y/O FORMALDEHIDO EN UNA CORRIENTE RESIDUAL ACIDA, ACUOSA, ORGANICA PONIENDO EN CONTACTO LA CORRIENTE CON UN CATALIZADOR DE METAL PRECIOSO SOPORTADO Y PASANDO AIRE U OXIGENO MOLECULAR GASEOSO A TRAVES DE LA SOLUCION PARA FAVORECER LA OXIDACION QUIMICA. LA INVENCION ES UNA ALTERNATIVA SEGURA, PRACTICA Y RENTABLE AL TRATAMIENTO CON SISTEMAS BIOLOGICOS DE ESTOS COMPUESTOS UTILIZANDO MICROORGANISMOS.
