Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para el tratamiento de purines en explotaciones ganaderas. Los purines (6) son depositados en una balsa o fosa (1) impermeable y estanca, que se cierra mediante una tapa (2) y en cuyo seno se produce una fermentación anaeróbica que genera gases con un alto contenido en sulfuro de hidrógeno, gases que son extraídos de la balsa (1) mediante una bomba de impulsión (7) que los canaliza hacia un scrubber (8) en el que se lleva a cabo el lavado de dichos gases para eliminación del sulfuro de hidrógeno con reactivos provenientes de una unidad (9) de preparación de reactivos, donde se mezcla convenientemente agua con permanganato potásico, el cual accede al scrubber (8) a través de boquillas (11) que provocan la transformación del sulfuro de hidrógeno en sulfato y azufre elemental, eliminando así los olores del biogas.
