Abstract

Aparato para el control de resistencia y velocidad de rotura de probetas metalúrgicas. El aparato comprende sobre una bancada única, guiados mediante sendos juegos de guías lineales, dos carros desplazables respectivamente portaprobetas y portayunque, accionados por sendos motores lineales destinados a imprimir en los carros la aceleración y velocidad variables del ensayo, presentando el aparato un dispositivo óptico ultrarrápido para recoger información en forma de vistas sucesivas sobre el avance de la grieta en la probeta y un detector de presión en la mordaza del carro portayunque para recoger las fluctuaciones de la resistencia del material así como sensores ópticos para determinar antes y después del impacto las velocidades inicial y final, combinándose la totalidad de datos recogidos en un ordenador para su presentación y análisis.
