Abstract
Sistema de extracción de aire para bolsas no cerradas herméticamente. Consiste en un mecanismo formado por dos bandas horizontales paralelas, una inferior y otra superior, que giran en sentidos contrarios impulsadas por uno o varios motores. La presión que ejercen ambas bandas sobre el producto permite el escape del aire por los orificios que, previamente, se hayan realizado en la bolsa. Se ha previsto que tanto la velocidad como la separación entre bandas sean regulables, para adaptarse a las diferentes necesidades de producción. Se contemplan varias alternativas de materiales y conformación para las bandas, adaptándose lo mejor posible tanto al producto como al sistema productivo. Para el correcto funcionamiento del sistema es necesario que las bolsas dispongan de orificios, por los que el aire pueda salir, progresivamente, al ejercer la presión sobre las mismas.
