Sistema para optimización de procesos de combustión mediante medidas directas en el interior del hogar. Sistema consistente en una sonda o sondas (1) y en unos orificios (2) que permiten la realización de medidas directas (extracción de gases o ubicación de sensores) en el interior del hogar (3) de calderas industriales. Estas determinaciones locales persiguen optimizar el funcionamiento de cada quemador, posibilitando mejorar globalmente la operación de caldera. Las sondas (1) se diseñan con medidas transversales muy reducidas, que permiten su paso a través de los orificios (2) que se practican sobre las aletas (4), de anchura entorno a 20 mm, que unen los tubos (5) de las paredes de agua de la caldera, posibilitando estas determinaciones sin necesidad de acometer modificaciones sustanciales en la instalación.
