Abstract

Generador de agua caliente para funcionamiento a baja temperatura, del tipo pirotubular de hogar presurizado y dos pasos de gases de combustión. Entre los componentes del generador se encuentra un haz tubular constituido por tubos de humos (TH) por los que circulan los gases de la combustión y tubos envolventes (TE) con un diámetro mayor que el de los tubos de humos (TH) y montados de forma concéntrica a dichos tubos de humos (TH). Por el interior de los tubos de humos (TH) discurren turbuladores de gases (TG) de forma helicoidal, con un diámetro exterior igual al diámetro interior de los tubos de humos (TH). Estos turbuladores de gases (TG) tienen por misión crear un régimen turbulento de los productos de la combustión, consiguiendo así un mayor intercambio entre los gases y las superficies de intercambio. Consta también de un doble fondo (DFT) dispuesto entre la caja de humos (CH) y el fondo trasero exterior (FT), así como de un deflector (D) que hace que el agua circulante se mueva en zig-zag.Hot water generator for low temperature operation, of the pyrotubular type of pressurized household and two flue gas passages.
