Abstract
Cuba inertada para el tratamiento de metal líquido (3) oxidable, que comprende un cuerpo de cuba metálica y una tapa protegidos interiormente por un revestimiento refractario (1, 13) inerte, comprendiendo dicho cuerpo una pluralidad de agujeros y medios de entrada y de salida (17) del metal líquido de manera que evitan cualquier contacto entre el metal líquido (3) situado en la cuba y la atmósfera exterior, comprendiendo el inertaje en general al menos dos de los dispositivos siguientes: a) una sobreenvoltura estanca (4, 15) que rodea la pared metálica (2, 14) del cuerpo de cuba, la sobre sobreenvoltura así obtenida que contiene un gas seco, b) una junta inflable (20) entre la tapa y el cuerpo de cuba, c) medios de estanqueidad (34-36, 40-46) sobre el conjunto de los equipos auxiliares amovibles y/o móviles (inyector de gas, elemento térmico, termopares, etc.) que atraviesan la tapa y opcionalmente un dispositivo de regulación de presión (25-27) que permiten ajustar la presión interior de la cuba en un valor superior a la de la presión atmosférica.
