Abstract

La invención se refiere a un autoclave múltiple y a detalles de su diseño, y a un procedimiento para síntesis automatizada de zeolitas en dicho autoclave múltiple y, adicionalmente, a la aplicación del autoclave múltiple para una síntesis automatizada que se optimiza simultáneamente respecto a varios parámetros de síntesis en la síntesis de zeolitas. El autoclave múltiple consiste, típicamente, en un recipiente/autoclave a presión revestido con un material inerte con pequeñas cámaras separadas, desde 10 hasta 10.000, teniendo cada una, típicamente, un volumen de 0,2-2 ml, estando formadas las cámaras, preferiblemente, como perforaciones pasantes en un bloque central, y las perforaciones están obturadas por medio de bolas, tabicados, topes o similares, que están colocados en la parte de abajo y en la parte de arriba de cada perforación pasante, y placas metálicas que están colocadas por encima y por debajo de la placa de Teflón, de manera que el mecanismo de cierre está presionado contra losbordes de las perforaciones en la placa de teflón, con suficiente carga para permitir que las cámaras sean llenadas con mezclas acuosas y sean calentadas a 200ºC sin la incidencia de fuga. Las placas de arriba y de abajo y los mecanismos de cierre pueden estar integrados, de manera que todas las perforaciones se obturen simultáneamente cuando éstas se coloquen en los lados de arriba y de abajo del bloque central.
