Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para hacer flexible un filtro de malta macerada utilizando un conjunto de toma de fuerza, utilizado en cervecería, en particular, un filtro de malta macerada del tipo de un filtro-prensa de platos recamarados o de pares de platos-marcos apretados entre una armadura fija (10) y una armadura móvil (11), que consiste en dividir el número de cámaras de filtración necesarias para el funcionamiento con carga nominal, en . una parte (5{sub,1} a 5{sub,p+1}) que contendrá la malta macerada, . un conjunto de cámaras inactivas y vacías de malta macerada que se llenan con un conjunto de contraplacas o de contraplatos llamado conjunto de toma de fuerza (14, 15{sub,1}, 15{sub,1}); . un conjunto residual de cámaras inactivas y que permanecerán totalmente vacías; - y hacer funcionar después el filtro-prensa con carga reducida, manteniendo el conjunto de toma de fuerzas la presión diferencial existente entre las cámaras llenas de malta macerada y las cámaras totalmente vacías. Lainvención se refiere igualmente a los dispositivos de utilización del procedimiento.
