Abstract
Purpose: The production of water by encouraging and speeding up the condensation of water vapour present in the environment.Description: A device that consists of an isothermal container (1, 3) provided with holes (2) for air to enter and leave, inside which is a "condenser lattice" (6) covered with silicate, which is cooled by a forced solar refrigeration system (4, 5) and in which the water collected is stored in a tank (7).Applications: It is an independent "wind source of water". The device is specially suitable for use in agriculture and horticulture in dry and isolated environments and for reforestation. It is a source of drinking water in desert conditions, or when the water is contaminated. It is made from low cost, low technology ecological materials.
