Abstract
La planta desalinizadora se basa en la separación de agua salina procedente del mar y previamente captada en una zona próxima a la costa, efectuándose la separación mediante una cámara de evaporación (1) y una cámara de condensación (21), la primera de ellas dotada de bandejas o canales (2) receptoras del agua salina, desde cuyas bandejas cuelgan cuerpos laminares (3) de gran poder de absorción, para determinar amplias superficies de evaporación. A la cámara de evaporación (1) se impulsa aire caliente, mediante un ventilador (6), de manera que el vapor producido en aquella alcanza, a través de un conducto (8), la cámara de condensación (21) en la que tiene lugar el condensado del agua mediante una serie de placas verticales y refrigeradas (23) situadas en el interior de tal cámara de condensación (21), desde la cual el agua obtenida cae por gravedad a través de un conducto (24) hasta un depósito de almacenamiento (25) desde el que es convenientemente distribuida para su uso.The desalination plant is based on the separation of saline water from the sea and previously collected in an area close to the coast, the separation being carried out by means of an evaporation chamber (1) and a condensation chamber (21), the first one equipped with of trays or channels (2) receiving the saline water, from whose trays hang laminar bodies (3) of great absorption power, to determine large evaporation surfaces.
