Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para provocar el derribo de una cornisa de nieve que comprende varios explosores (11). Cada explosor (11) consta de un cilindro principal (12), perpendicular a la base de soporte (14) situada pegada al suelo, y un tubo de posicionamiento (13) conectado al cilindro principal y montado sobre un asiento rígido (15) fijo en el lado de la montaña. Un conducto de suministro (20), conectado por conductos (23, 24) respectivamente a un cilindro de oxígeno y a un cilindro de propano almacenados en un refugio (22), suministra por medio de secciones de conducto (9) una mezcla de gas detonante, obtenida de los dos gases, en el tubo de posicionamiento (13) y en el cilindro principal (12). Un medio de iniciación (21) montado corriente arriba del conducto de suministro (20) asegura la ignición de la mezcla de gas detonante.
