Abstract

Procedimiento de galvanización de chapas de acero, concretamente de chapas ensambladas, tales como chapas estructurales de vehículos automóviles que se distinguen por un contenido particular de silicio y fósforo, caracterizado porque en una etapa de pretratamiento, se sumerge la pieza a tratar en un baño de pretratamiento, dicho baño de flujo, que contiene entre 300 y 350 g/l de cloruro de zinc y entre 100 y 150 g/l de cloruro de amonio a una temperatura del orden de 38°C, de forma que se reviste esta pieza de una capa interfase, después se sumerge la pieza así revestida en un baño de galvanización que contiene entre 0,05% y 0,20% en peso de aluminio a una temperatura de 440 a 450°C, de forma que se obtiene un revestimiento que tiene un grosor homogéneo comprendido entre, aproximadamente 10 y 40 {mi}m.
