SE PROPORCIONA UNA AGLUCONA ISOFLAVONA ENRIQUECIDA CON SUERO DE PROTEINA VEGETAL, CON INGREDIENTE DE PROTEINA DE SUERO, ELEVADA CANTIDAD DE GENISTEINA, ELEVADA CANTIDAD DE DAIDZEINA, Y MATERIAL DE ISOFLAVONA DE AGLUCONA, ASI COMO UN PROCESO PARA PRODUCIRLO PARTIENDO DE UN SUERO DE PROTEINA VEGETAL. LOS CONJUGADOS DE ISOFLAVONA DE UN SUERO DE PROTEINA VEGETAL SE CONVIERTEN EN GLUCOSIDOS DE ISOFLAVONA MEDIANTE TRATAMIENTO DEL SUERO A UNA TEMPERATURA Y UN PH POR UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO, SUFICIENTES PARA EFECTUAR LA CONVERSION.
