Máquina (10) para cortar el pelo con a) un juego de corte (12) constituido al menos por un peine de corte (16) y una cuchilla de corte (18) accionable con movimiento oscilante en dirección transversal por medio de un órgano de arrastre (56) y en dirección sustancialmente paralela al canto delantero del peine de corte (16), y b) un dispositivo (14) de regulación de la longitud de corte constituido al menos por un elemento de maniobra (20, 36) que está articuladoa una carcasa (42) y que actúa sobre el juego de corte (12) a través de un elemento de acoplamiento (22, 24, 46) de tal manera que se hace posible un desplazamiento relativo entre el peine de corte (16) y la cuchilla de corte (18) en dirección longitudinal, caracterizada porque c) el elemento de acoplamiento presenta un alojamiento (24) en el que está montada una espiga (22) axialmente desplazable, d) el juego de corte (12) está montado de forma desplazable por medio del peine de corte (16) a lo largo de una guía (64) dispuesta en lacarcasa (42), e) el peine de corte (16) está provisto de un taladro de encastre (62) en el que encaja enclavándose la espiga (22), y f) el órgano de arrastre (56) puede ser encajado en una abertura de arrastre (19) de la cuchilla de corte (18).
