Abstract

Tarjeta soporte de datos. La tarjeta comprende, sobre una de las caras del núcleo de PVC, una primera capa de cola de una solución de resina vinílica terpolímero, una segunda capa constituida por una lámina de aluminio de calidad de recocido o endurecido en frío, una tercera capa de una tinta blanca, una cuarta capa que se puede imprimir y borrar térmicamente, disponiendo una capa adicional de impresión por procedimiento de cuadricromía y finalmente una capa de barniz de protección; disponiéndose en la otra cara del núcleo de PVC, de manera sucesiva, una pista magnética que ocupa parcialmente la superficie del núcleo de PVC, una capa de impresión offset con tintas reticulables con indicaciones publicitarias que ocupan las partes libres de banda magnética y finalmente un barniz de protección de características similares al de la otra cara.
