Abstract

본 발명은 이형대지(10) 후면에는 우편엽서 양식이 인쇄되어 엽서인쇄부 (11)가 형성되고 상면에는 그림이나 글자가 인쇄되어 그림인쇄부(12)가 형성되며, 그림인쇄부(12)상에 이형피막층(13)이 형성되고 이형피막층(13) 상부로는 소정의 도안에 따라 스크린 인쇄방법에 의해 점착체층(14)이 형성되고, 그 상면에 점착제층(14)과 동일한 모양의 베이스층(15)이 도층 구성되며, 그 상면에는 PVC, PVB, 안료 및 기타의 첨가제로 구성되는 인쇄잉크를 이용하여 색도별로 인쇄하면서 열처리하여 다색도의 무늬인쇄부(16)가 베이스층(15)과 일체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식용 스티카를 구비한 우편엽서 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 이형대지(10) 후면에는 우편엽서 양식이 인쇄되어 엽서인쇄부 (11)가 형성되고 상면에는 그림이나 글자가 인쇄되어 그림인쇄부(12)가 형성되며, 그림인쇄부 (12)상에 이형피막층(13)이 형성되고 이형피막층(13) 상부로는 소정의 도안에 따라 스크린 인쇄방법에 의해 점착체층(14)이 형성되고, 그 상면에 점착제층(14)과 동일한 모양의 베이스층(15)이 도층 구성되며, 그 상면에는 PVC, PVB, 안료 및 기타의 첨가제로 구성되는 인쇄잉크를 이용하여 색도별로 인쇄하면서 열처리하여 다색도의 무늬인쇄부(16)가 베이스층(15)과 일체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장식용 스티카를 구비한 우편엽서.
  2. 이면대지 후면에 우편엽서 양식을, 상면에 그림이나 글자를 인쇄하여 엽서인쇄부와 그림인쇄부를 형성한 후, 그림인쇄부 상면에 통상의 방법으로 이형피막층을 형성한 다음, 이형피막층 상면에 적정 점성을 유지하는 점착제를 일정한 도안형태로 스크린 인쇄방법으로 도포한 후 열처리하고, 그위에 PVC,PVB,적량의 안료 및 기타의 첨가제를 혼합한 인쇄잉크로 도형의 모양에 따라 인쇄하되 매색도 인쇄시마다 150℃로 열처리하여 인쇄하며, 무늬인쇄부 구성후 180~200℃의 최종 고착온도로 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 장식용 스티카를 구비한 우편엽서의 제조방법.
