Abstract
Procedimientos enzimáticos para la resolución de mezclas enantioméricas de ácidos orgánicos. La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la resolución de mezclas enantioméricas de ácidos orgánicos, en particular, a la resolución de mezclas enantioméricas de ácidos propiónicos, y más en particular, a la resolución de los ácidos (R,S) 2(4- isobutilfenil) propiónico y (R,S) 2-(3-benzoilfenil) propiónico. El procedimiento consiste en hacer reaccionar en el seno de un disolvente orgánico apolar la mezcla a resolver con un alcohol en presencia de un biocatalizador, y la posterior separación del éster enantioméricamente enriquecido de los productos de partida. Dicho biocatalizador es una lipasa, o mezcla de lipasas, en diversos grados de purificación, producida por un microorganismo seleccionado del siguiente grupo: Fusarium oxysporum, Arthroderma ciferrii, Monascus mucoroides, Ovadendron sulphureoochraceum, Brevibacterium linens, Streptomyces fradiae y Rhodotorula araucariae. Dichosprocedimientos son de interés en la industria farmacéutica e industria de química fina.
