Abstract
Máquina para ensayo de fatiga dinámica de probetas de polímeros alveolares. La máquina está prevista para realizar ensayos de fatiga dinámica, sometiendo a las correspondientes probetas portadoras de los polímeros a compresiones y descompresiones repetidas durante un número de ciclos establecido, con el fin de conocer si esos polímeros cumplen con las normas establecidas. La máquina incluye una serie de placas horizontales y fijas (4) para apoyo de las probetas, en combinación con otra serie de placas móviles (5), desplazables verticalmente y previstas para presionar contra las probetas situadas sobre las placas fijas, todo ello mediante dos conjuntos mecánicos de accionamiento, uno para regular la altura de las placas móviles (4), en base al giro de unos husillos (26) accionados a partir de un moto-reductor (19), y el otro conjunto mecánico para generar el movimiento, a partir de un moto-reductor (12) que mueve una palanca (13) y una biela (14), encargada ésta de empujar según una plataforma (16) que soporta todos los componentes asociados a las placas móviles (5).Machine for dynamic fatigue testing of alveolar polymer specimens. The machine is designed to perform dynamic fatigue tests, subjecting the corresponding test tubes of the polymers to repeated compressions and decompressions during an established number of cycles, in order to know if those polymers comply with the established standards. The machine includes a series of horizontal and fixed plates (4) for supporting the specimens, in combination with another series of movable plates (5), vertically movable and intended to press against the specimens located on the fixed plates, all by means of two mechanical drive assemblies, one to regulate the height of the movable plates (4), based on the rotation of spindles (26) actuated from a motor reducer (19), and the other mechanical assembly to generate the movement, from a motor-reducer (12) that moves a lever (13) and a connecting rod (14), which is responsible for pushing along a platform (16) that supports all the components associated with the movable plates (5).
