Abstract
"MáQUINA PARA ENSAIO DE FADIGA DINâMICA DE AMOSTRAS DE POLìMERO ALVEOLADO", para realizar ensaio de fadiga dinâmica, submetendo as amostras correspondentes portando os polímeros a compressão e descompressão repetidas durante um número de ciclos estabelecidos, com o objeto de descobrir se estes polímeros cumprem com as normas estabelecidas. A máquina inclui uma série de placas horizontais fixas (4), verticalmente deslocáveis e preparadas de modo a aplicar pressão sobre as amostras montadas sobre as placas fixas, tudo por meio de dois conjuntos de acionamento mecânico, um para regular a altura das placas móveis (4), com base na rotação de hastes (26) acionadas por uma engrenagem de redução motorizada (19), e o outro conjunto mecânico para gerar o movimento, desde uma engrenagem de redução motorizada (12) que opera uma árvore de manivela (13) e uma biela (14), servindo a última para impulsionar-se contra uma plataforma (16) sobre a qual repousam todos os componentes associados às placas móveis (5)."DYNAMIC FATIGUE TESTING MACHINE OF ALVEOLATED POLYMER SAMPLES", to perform a dynamic fatigue test, subjecting the corresponding samples carrying the polymers to repeated compression and decompression during a number of established cycles, in order to find out if these polymers comply with established standards.
