Abstract

Procedimiento para la elaboración y envasado de un pastel de bizcocho, a base de: bizcocho, nata montada, crema pastelera y caramelo, que comprende las etapas de: a) preparar el bizcocho, a base de huevo, azúcar, leche y crema de bizcocho comercial; b) montar una nata líquida hasta conseguir nata a punto de nieve; c) preparar en frío una crema mezclando leche, agua y crema pastelera; d) preparar caramelo calentando gel alimenticio con caramelo líquido comercial; y e) envasar los componentes antes preparados en tarrinas, preferentemente de barro, disponiendo en el fondo de la tarrina la nata montada, sobre la nata se dispone el bizcocho preparado anteriormente, sobre la nata y el bizcocho la crema pastelera y el caramelo líquido.
