LA FINALIDAD DE LA PRESENTE INVENCION ES LA DE PROPORCIONAR UN DISPOSITIVO DE INCLINACION U ORIENTACION QUE DISMINUYA SUSTANCIALMENTE LAS FUERZAS Y LAS TENDENCIAS A LAS OSCILACIONES, AL MISMO TIEMPO QUE CUENTA CON UNA INSTALACION SIN COMPLICACIONES Y ESCASO MANTENIMIENTO.
