Abstract
UN PROCESO PARA ENCAPSULAR UN AROMA O SABOR PARA BEBIDAS. SE AÑADE UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE DEL AGENTE FORMADOR DE PELICULA DE MODO QUE LA FASE ACUOSA DE LA EMULSION CONTENGA UN 50 % COMO MINIMO EN PESO DE DICHO AGENTE. SE ROCIA LA EMULSION DE ACEITE EN AGUA ENCIMA DEL POLVO SOLUBLE DE UNA BEBIDA SOBRE EL CUAL SE SECA RAPIDAMENTE LA CAPA ACUOSA DE CADA GOTITA PARA FORMAR LAS CAPSULAS, SIENDO EL CONTENIDO DE HUMEDAD DEL POLVO SOLUBLE DE LA BEBIDA DESPUES DEL ROCIAMIENTO INFERIOR AL 5 % EN PESO.
