SE PRESENTA UN APARATO PARA REALIZAR PRODUCTOS VIDRIO CRISTALIZADO DE UNA MANERA ECONOMICA DE CENIZAS DE DESECHOS PRODUCIDAS A PARTIR DEL LODO DE AGUAS RESIDUALES DESECADO POR MATERIAS ORGANICAS, QUE SE SUELE VER COMO UN PROCESO DIFICIL. LA MEZCLA SE REALIZA EN DOS HORNOS; EL HORNO DE LA MEZCLA PRIMARIA Y EL HORNO DE MEZCLA SECUNDARIA Y SE CARGA LA MEZCLA PRIMARIA DENTRO DEL HORNO DE MEZCLA SECUNDARIA. EL MATERIAL VIDRIOSO PRODUCIDO EN EL HORNO DE FUSION SECUNDARIA SE CARGA DENTRO DE UN HORNO DE CRISTALIZACION PARA CONVERTIR EL MATERIAL VIDRIOSO EN UN PRODUCTO DE VIDRIO CRISTALIZADO. ESTA CONFIGURACION BASICA DEL APARATO PERMITE LA PRODUCCION DE CUALQUIER PRODUCTO CRISTALIZADO DE FORMA IRREGULAR, TAL COMO PIEDRA MOLIDAS CON PRODUCTOS, O PRODUCTOS FABRICADOS CRISTALIZADOS, TAL COMO TEJAS Y BLOQUES, DEPENDIENDO DE LA COMBINACION DE EQUIPOS DE PROCESO Y SUS CONDICIONES DE OPERACION. EL APARATO PERMITE LA PRODUCCION DE PRODUCTOS DE VIDRIO CRISTALIZADOS A PARTIR DE ALIMENTACION DE CENIZAS DE DESECHOS DE UNA MANERA ECONOMICA, A CAUSA DE LA FLEXIBILIDAD Y VERSATILIDAD EN EL DISEÑO DEL APARATO.
