Abstract

本发明是一种粉体球化炉,用於与燃烧器配套将粉体材料高温燃烧后再冷却为球体如制造玻璃微珠、硅微球等。设炉镗,上部为矩形体或梭形体,下部为倒三角形体,上炉体有与外部燃烧器连通的燃烧区间,它和炉镗表面均有用以冷却的水套,上炉体设排风口及抽风机,炉镗底部设球体排料口且在该处通入进风。炉镗的容积为:28-34m3。长宽比为:≥2-4。对燃烧区间长度、水套高度、排风口直径、排料口进风间隙等均提出了优化范围。由於球化炉形状结构参数改进,使炉内空气流动好;消除受温区死角,温差平衡;物料通路流畅,幅射温度均匀;燃烧区间内粘连堆积量低。产品质量提高,且稳定,成球率大於98%,节约能源约20%-30%,生产率上升。

Description

粉体球化炉
(一)技术领域:本发明是一种粉体球化炉,用於与燃烧器配套将粉体材料高温燃烧后再冷却为球体。如制造装饰品、反光材料用的玻璃微珠、填充材料用的玻璃微珠、硅微球等。可属玻璃制造成型中的玻璃珠的成形类(C03B19/10)。
(二)背景技术:现市场上已有的一种粉体球化炉,如图4,设一个收集器11,如下组成:下部为不锈钢制作的桶状体11.1,底部有球体排料口11.2;上部收集仓为敝开空间,也可配上不固定封闭的罩11.3,在罩11.3的后端开有排烟道11.4。燃烧器10放於收集器桶状体11.1上前方。当燃烧器将粉体材料高温融溶后,融溶物料随火焰一同喷射到收集器上部收集仓,在此处与空气大量接触而受到冷却,然后往下收缩成形为球体,由排料口11.2排出。此种粉体球化收集器因存在敞开空间或非封闭空间排放气体,导致生产环境有高温高尘,环保差;且球体质量差,不稳定,受外界因素影响大;收集效率低,通常低於90%。
现市场中也有对上述粉体球化收集器进行改进的粉体球化炉,设置了封闭的炉镗和与燃烧器间的通道燃烧区间,以及两者均设有用以冷却的外包水套等。但此种粉体球化炉因形状、结构参数等选择不合理,导致出现如下问题:①冷却效果差、生产效率低。②产品质量不稳定。③浪费能源。例如:炉体体积小,难以满足物料在降温过程所要求的冷却效果,致使熔炉生产效率低,难以保证产品的生产率(公斤/小时)。炉镗太宽,即B3太大,且炉镗顶面为平面,均导致风路易形成死角,炉内温差不均衡;炉镗太短,即L3太小,致使带物料火焰通路不流畅,由此均导致产品质量差、合格率低、生产率低。④回收率也不够理想。燃烧区间参敉不合理,融熔物料经过时容易粘连在燃烧通道的壁上,影响球体回收率的提高。
(三)发明内容:
本发明提供一种粉体球化炉,就是解决上述现有粉体球化炉存在的环境污染、回收率较低、冷却效果差、生产效率低、产品质量不稳定等问题。其技术方案如下:
一种粉体球化炉,包括:炉镗3及外表面设有的外包的炉镗水套4,设连接外部燃烧器和炉镗间的通道,且固定於炉镗壁的燃烧区间1,以及在它表面设置的外包燃烧区水套2;排料口7设在炉镗底部;以及设有整体和局部的支撑件,其特征是:炉镗3的上部为上炉体,采用矩形体或梭形体;下部为下炉体,采用倒三角形体;燃烧区间1设在上炉体进料端侧壁;炉镗底部开设的排料口7处设有三角板7.1,并形成有反风间隙δ,该处通有进风;上炉体尾端外壁设排风口5及该处设抽风机6;炉镗3的容积V3选取范围为:28-34m3;炉镗3的长宽比选取范围:L3/B3≥2-4。
上炉体采用矩形体(即水平横截面为矩形),也可采用梭形体(即水平横截面为梭形或椭园形)。炉镗下部为下炉体采用倒三角形体(即竖直截面为倒三角形)。炉镗的长L3所指的方向即为熔融物料沿燃烧区间进入球化炉上炉体内的移动方向,而炉镗宽B的方向则与长L3垂直。上述炉镗内壁顶面可采用弧形面3.3。上述燃烧区间1通道长度L1选取范围为600~900mm。
上述炉镗水套4包盖炉镗外表高度h4与炉镗总高H3之比选取范围:即h4/H3可采用1/3-2/3。排风口5直径选取范围可为Φ400-Φ800m。排料口7处三角板与炉镗壁间的反风间隙δ选取范围可为20-35mm。上述球化炉可在炉镗下半部外壁开设检修孔8。上述熔炉炉镗的容积V3可选取更优化的范围为:28-32m3。上述炉镗的长宽比可选取更优化的范围:L3/B3≥2.5-3。
按炉镗内冷却状况,上述炉镗内底部可增设冷却器12;或者在炉镗外壁对应内部冷却器位置增设预留孔13,以便使用时按需配设。
本发明有益效果:①炉镗形状结构参数改进,炉镗容积和长宽比合理选择,在本发明选取的范围或优化范围内,使球体在炉内成球过程优化。如在炉镗容积范围内长宽比适当加大,或炉镗内顶部用弧形,均大大有助於炉内空气流动,以此消除受温区死角,使炉内温差平衡;带物料的火焰通路流畅,幅射面温度均匀。由此使产品生产率、质量及合格率提高,质量稳定,成球率大於98%。②由於球体在炉内成球过程优化,使用球化炉时节约能源,水、电、天燃气(燃烧器内所用)用量下降约20-30%。③燃烧区间长度L1在本发明选取的范围内,既保证物料有充足的燃烧时间,又大大降低物料在其中粘连和堆积,其堆积量下降约30%。④现有炉镗水套高度是将炉镗外壁全部包盖,即h4=H3,使炉镗内高、低温区无足够的温差,直接影响产品质量的稳定,成球率降低。有些特定物料,如玻璃,本身化学特性存在析晶区间,温差不足时玻璃球失透率上升。本发明选用h4/H3在1/3-2/3内,可克服这些缺陷,大大改善产品质量。⑤炉镗排风口5的尺寸、位置,影响着排风速度,尾气排放,炉内融熔物料运动轨迹,高低区温差等,按本发明选用的位置和管径范围便可改善所述状况,提高产品质量。⑥底部排料口反风间隙δ在本发明选取范围内,使炉内气流平衡,有助於保持炉温和火焰稳定。⑦炉壁开有检修孔,避免现有球化炉从燃烧通道进出检修,维修工作条件改善,缩短维修期。⑧设冷却器和预留孔促进冷却。

(五)具体实施方式:
实施例I:见图1,图2,炉镗3上炉体3.1为矩形体,下炉体3.2为倒三角形体。上炉体进料端侧壁装-通道燃烧区间1,外部燃烧器喷射出口与燃烧区间进口配合连接,将燃烧器喷出的与火焰一体的融熔物料进入上炉体3.1内。
上炉体内为高温区(炉温约在800℃以上),下炉体内为低温区(炉温约在600℃以下)。燃烧区间内温度约在1300℃左右。燃烧区间1外包的燃烧区水套2和炉镗3外包的炉镗水套4均用於冷却以降低炉内环境温度,并同时使圆筒式燃烧区间壁和炉镗壁不受高温过热而损坏。水套内可用循环水,水温约20-80℃左右。燃烧区间和炉镗均采用不锈钢材料制作。上炉体内顶面为弧形3.3(见图2)。上炉体3.1尾端炉壁开排风口5,并设有喇叭口有助於空气流动。该处设有抽风机6,可将炉内含废气的尾气排出。
见图1,图2,图3,与火焰一体的融熔物料从上炉体内向下进一步冷却,到下炉体成形为球体。下炉体底部开有排料口7,并设有三角板7.1,它点焊於下炉体两侧壁,它与两侧壁间的间隙,称为反风间隙δ,在反风间隙处,成形产品球体从此排出,同时该处通入进风,也可称为反风,在反风作用下球体排出。下炉体3.2外壁开设检修孔8。炉镗3下部设支撑整个球化炉的支撑柱9。在上炉体四周外表面设有加强筋板4.1,用以加强上炉体。在下炉体相对应内部预设冷却器位置的两侧炉壁上开8个预留孔,每侧壁开4个预留孔13。
本实施例I上述结构的有关参数选取如下:
①炉镗3的容积V3选取为:31m3
②炉镗3长宽比的选取:L3/B3为2/3
③燃烧区间1通道长度L1选取为600mm
④炉镗水套包盖炉镗外表高h4与炉镗总高H3之比的选取:h4/H3选为2/3。
⑤排风口5直径选为Φ500mm
⑤排料口7处三角板与炉镗壁间的反风间隙δ的选取35mm。
实施例II:上述结构与实施例I相同。其结构的有关参数不同,选取如下:
①炉镗3的容积V3选取为:29m3
②炉镗3长宽比的选取:L3/B3为1.5/3
③燃烧区间1通道长度L1选取为600mm
④炉镗水套包盖炉镗外表高h4与炉镗总高H3之比的选取:h4/H3选为1.5/3
⑤排风口5直径选为Φ400mm
⑤排料口7处三角板与炉镗壁间的反风间隙δ的选取25mm。
实施例III:上述结构与实施例I相同。其结构的有关参数不同,选取如下:
①炉镗3的容积V3选取为:32m3
②炉镗3长宽比的选取:L3/B3为2/3
③燃烧区间1通道长度L1选取为700mm
④炉镗水套包盖炉镗外表高h4与炉镗总高H3之比的选取:h4/H3选为2/3
⑤排风口5直径选为Φ600mm
⑤排料口7处三角板与炉镗壁间的反风间隙δ的选取35mm。

Claims (10)

1.一种粉体球化炉,包括:炉镗(3)及外表面设有的外包的炉镗水套(4),设连接外部燃烧器和炉镗间的通道,且固定於炉镗壁的燃烧区间(1),及在它表面的外包的燃烧区水套(2);排料口(7)设在炉镗底部;以及设有整体和局部的支撑件,其特征是炉镗(3)的上部为上炉体,采用矩形体或梭形体;下部为下炉体,采用倒三角形体;燃烧区间(1)设在上炉体进料端侧壁;炉镗底部开设的排料口(7)处设有三角板(7.1),并形成有反风间隙δ,该处通有进风;上炉体尾端外壁设排风口(5)及该处设抽风机(6);炉镗(3)的容积V3选取范围为:28-34m3;炉镗(3)的长宽比选取范围:L3/B3≥2-4。

6.按权利要求1所述球化炉,其特征是排料口(7)处三角板与炉镗壁间的反风间隙δ选取范围为20-35mm。
