Abstract

Procedure for optimising services of explosion engines and electronic injection device for practising said procedure.It includes a central processing unit in the additional electronic station for modifying the command signals sent by the injection pump to the central command unit of the vehicle. Also performed is the modification of control signals sent to the injection pump through the additional programmable electronic station, which incorporates a non-volatile memory unit and can perform the measurement of response curves, as well as the processing and storage of the data corresponding to various classes of fuels, automatically recognised by the station. The latter regulates the reference signals with the result of the variation in the quantity of injected fuel.Applicable to the accurate regulation of the injection of fuel, especially in turbo diesel engines.
