Se efectúa asimismo la modificación de las señales de control enviadas a la bomba inyectara, mediante la centralita electrónica complementaria programable, la cual incorpora una unidad de memoria no volátil y es capaz de efectuar la medición de curvas de respuesta, así como el proceso y almacenamiento de los datos correspondientes a diferentes clases de combustibles, reconocidos automáticamente por la centralita. Esta regula las señales de referencia con el resultado de la variación de la cantidad de combustible inyectado.
