Abstract
Nuevos biocatalizadores de lipasas inmovilizadas. Nuevos biocatalizadores de lipasas inmovilizadas por adsorción sobre soportes hidrofílicos recubiertos químicamente de una densa capa de grupos altamente hidrofóbicos. La preparación de estos nuevos derivados inmovilizados de lipasas comprende: la activación de soportes hidrofílicos con una adecuada morfología interna con grupos hidrofóbicos de estructura definida; y la adsorción, a muy baja fuerza iónica, de extractos de diferentes lipasas comerciales sobre estos soportes fabricados a medida. Los derivados obtenidos muestran una excelente actividad y estabilidad en ausencia de nuevas interfases, en algunos casos una actividad más de 100 veces más alta que los correspondientes enzimas solubles. Estos derivados de lipasas purificadas e hiperactivadas serán muy útiles como catalizadores industriales de hidrólisis enantio y regioselectiva de intermedios farmacéuticos especialmente cuando estos procesos se realicen en medios acuosos.
