Abstract

Sistema para precalentar combustible. Sistema y método para precalentar una mezcla de combustible y aire al introducir la mezcla dentro de una cámara de combustión de horno que consiste en pasar la mezcla a través de una boquilla que se extiende dentro de una porción aguas arriba de una abertura definida en una pared que encierra la cámara de combustión. La boquilla está dimensionada para formar un espacio anular entre la boquilla y la abertura. Se introduce aire caliente a través del espacio anular y se mezcla con/y precalienta, en una porción aguas abajo de la abertura, la mezcla que pasa a través de la boquilla. La mezcla precalentada pasa entonces dentro de la cámara de combustión del horno para quemarse en su interior. Figura 1.
