LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELABORACION DE UN MATERIAL SOPORTE DE FORMA PLANA RECUBIERTO CON LACA ENDUCERIBLE UV CON SUPERFICIE BRILLANTE O MATE, DONDE EL MATERIAL SOPORTE SE COMPONE AL MENOS DE UNA BANDA DE PAPEL O DE LAMINA DE PLASTICO DE UNA O MULTIPLES CAPAS CON UN ESPESOR TOTAL DE 80 HASTA 500 MICRAS, APLICANDOSE UNA CAPA DE LACA ENDURECIBLE CON RADIACION DE FORMA INMEDIATA SOBRE O A TRAVES DE UNA CAPA INTERMEDIA SOLIDA O CAPA INTERMEDIA DE PLASTICO, QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS UN ACRILATO MONOMERICO (ACRILATO MONO, DI, TRI Y/O TETRAMERICO) ASI COMO EVENTUALMENTE SUSTANCIAS ADICIONALES HABITUALES. LA CAPA DE LACA ENDURECIBLE CON RADIACION SE COMPONE PARA ELLO DE UNA LACA SOBRE LA MEZCLA DE ACRILATO, QUE SE ELABORA MEDIANTE TRANSFORMACION DE AL MENOS UN ACRILATO PREPOLIMERICO DE UN PESO MOLECULAR MEDIO DESDE 500 HASTA 2.000 CON EL ACRILATO MONOMERICO (ACRILATO MONO, DI, TRI Y/O TETRAMERICO). LA LACA SE COMPONE DE 100 PARTES EN PESO DE LACA DE ACRILATO (CALCULADO SIN CADA MEDIO ADICIONAL O MEDIO AUXILIAR DE ELABORACION), 1 HASTA 10 PARTES EN PESO DE UN INICIADOR UV CON MEZCLAS DE INICIADORES UV. LA CAPA DE LACA APLICADA SE ENDURECE A CONTINUACION MEDIANTE RADIACION UV. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION SE AJUSTA EL GRADO DE MATE DE LA LACA UV MEDIANTE ADICION DE MONOMEROS MONO Y/O BIFUNCIONALES, UTILIZANDOSE PARA EL ENDURECIMIENTO UV MULTIPLES FUENTES DE RADIACION CON ZONAS DE LONGITUD DE ONDA DEFINIDAS, DONDE SE UTILIZA PRIMERO RADIACION UV DE LONGITUD DE ONDA REDUCIDA.
