Abstract

Sistema para comprobar artículos en una cadena de montaje de aparatos electrodomésticos, que comprueba los artículos para determinar si son buenos o no. El sistema incluye dos cadenas de comprobación paralelas instaladas entre las cadenas de montaje y acabados para transportar los artículos montados hacia una cadena de acabados, dispositivos comprobadores instalados junto a las cadenas de comprobación para comprobar los artículos transportados por éstas, elementos para detener los artículos sobre las cadenas de comprobación en respectivas posiciones de comprobación, un primer alimentador de los artículos procedentes de la cadena de montaje alternamente a la respectiva cadena de comprobación, y un segundo alimentador de los artículos de la respectiva cadena de comprobación alternamente a la de acabados. Se comprueban los artículos más rápidamente y con precisión, utilizando dos cadenas de comprobación, doblando con ello la capacidad de producción de los artículos, y mejorando la calidad.
