Abstract

Aparato de fisioterapia para el tratamiento de rigideces articulares. Comprende una mesa (1) para el paciente, formada por un tablero estático (5) y un tablero móvil (6) que puede desplazarse en acercamiento y alejamiento respecto al tablero estático (5), y medios para aplicar una tracción entre partes del cuerpo del paciente; el tablero móvil (6) está montado de forma que puede además girar alrededor de un eje horizontal (15), entre una posición horizontal y una posición inclinada, y alrededor de un eje vertical, entre dos posiciones extremas simétricas respecto al eje longitudinal de la mesa, y dichos medios para aplicar una tracción comprenden por lo menos un cordón de tracción y un sistema de poleas (24, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42) a las que se asocia el cordón para aplicar la tracción a una articulación del paciente en una dirección deseada. Tiene una gran versatilidad, permitiendo el tratamiento de cervicales, lumbares, cadera, hombro, codo, rodilla y tobillo.
