Método de deshumidificación de productos oleaginosos destinados a recuperación de las materias grasas contenidas, en el que dicha deshumidificación tiene lugar añadiendo al producto oleaginoso en estado húmedo un disolvente adecuado. compatible con el aceite a recuperar y que forma una mezcla azeotrópica con el agua. El producto oleaginoso con el disolvente es calentado para evaporar la mezcla azeotrópica y los vapores producidos son condensados y separados por decantación. El agua obtenida es evacuada de la instalación.
