EL NUMERO DE SERVICIO IDENTIFICA AL USUARIO TRANSMISOR DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO PREDETERMINADO. LA RED DE TRANSFERENCIA, AL ENVIAR EL NUMERO DE SERVICIO AL USUARIO QUE ESTABLECE LA COMUNICACION Y QUE ORIGINO LA SOLICITUD DE TRANSFERENCIA, PONE EN MARCHA PREFERENTEMENTE UN TEMPORIZADOR QUE CONTROLA EL TIEMPO DE VALIDEZ DEL NUMERO DE SERVICIO.
