Abstract

Ved en fremgangsmåte ifølge oppfinnelsen sender en sendende deltaker en overføringsanmodning til et overføringsnett, ved mottakelse av anmodningen tildeler overføringsnettet et tjenestenummer (SN) til den sendende deltaker hvis den aktuelle trafikk- belastning tillater dette. Tjenestenummeret identifiserer den sendende deltaker for en forut bestemt periode. Ved sending av tjenestenummeret til den kommuniserende deltaker som avga over- føringsanmodningen, starter overføringsnettet fortrinnsvis en tidskrets som overvåker gyldighets- perioden for tjenestenummeret. Den sendende deltaker sender bestemmelsesadressen (DN) over overføringsnettet bare en gang under gyldighets- perioden til tjenestenummeret. Overføringsnettet tilordner bestemmelsesadressen til det tjenestenum^ meret som er tildelt den sendende deltaker. Den sendende deltaker benytter bare tjenestenummeret (SN) som en identitet i de datapakkene som overføres under den aktuelle dataoverføring, og overførings- nettet «dirigerer pakkene til den bestemmelses- adressen som er tilordnet tjenestenummeret.
